Not many people are emotionally or financially prepared for something to happen to their home. At SERVPRO we understand how stressful of a time this is for you and try to make the mitigation process as easy as possible. A storm has caused water to build up in the ceiling of this customers dining room, leaving high levels of moisture in the ceiling and walls. Our team is trained to know what factors influence the rate of drying and what quantity of equipment to use. If less equipment is used than is needed it takes days longer to dry a space. If too much equipment is used, it can end up costing the customer more money. Our team works hard to make sure we use the proper quantity of equipment to get the materials dry and still be cost efficient for our customers.
