Sewage Back Up

This basement had a sewage back up after a main line broke in the street.  The sewage came up a foot and affected all the content.

Our crews got in there, threw away all the ruined content into a dumpster. The entire basement was steam cleaned and disinfected.  By the time SERVPRO crews were done cleaning, there was no sign of sewage.  The basement looked clean and smelled fresh.

This was a very overwhelming time for these home owners.  They lost a lot of their content and were swimming in sewage.  Our crews put them at ease. Walked them through the entire process and helped them go through all their content.
