Mold on Walls and Floors

This condominum had a pipe freeze from the January cold weather. The condominium was vacant so the owner did not realize there was water damage untila week later. Water damage led to mold growth in this structure. SERVPRO came in and dried the structure and removed all the affected materials. After SERVPRO mitigated the mold, we did the rebuild and restored the walls and installed beautiful new floors. Our customers were thrilled with the end results. They were putting the condominium up for sale and after our work they had a brand new home to sell. The owners were thrilled at the end results.
