Water Damage Can Quickly Lead to Mold

When water makes its way into a basement, it usually has nowhere else to go if pipes are blocked. If action is not taken quickly it can lead to structural damage in the walls and floors or, in the case of this customer, mold growth. The walls and floor were soaked in water which created a prefect environment for mold to grow underneath tile and on top of wood. Our team had to remove the parts of walls with mold which also allowed them to dry the inside more thoroughly. Similarly with the flooring, they had to remove the parts that were too damaged from the water. No one wants water in their home where it should not be and no one wants mold in their home that could affect someone's health. Our teams know this and work quickly on jobs, such as this, to let customers know we care about their health and safety.
